Do you offer vegan options?

Our menu is heavily inspired by traditional Korean and French techniques, which rely significantly on high-quality butter and dairy. Currently, we do not have a dedicated vegan line, though some of our breads may be dairy-free (please ask our staff for the daily selection).

Can I pre-order pastries or large orders?

Yes! We encourage customers to call us at (647) 471-0642 during business hours for large orders or specific pre-order inquiries.

Is there seating available at the bakery?

Bricolage is a boutique production-focused shop with very limited seating. Most of our guests treat us as a grab-and-go destination for their morning coffee and bakes.

What time should I arrive to get the best selection?

We bake in small batches and popular items like our curry buns and almond croissants often sell out by late morning. We recommend arriving early (we open at 8:30 AM) for the best variety.

Is there parking near the bakery?

We are located on a busy stretch of College Street. While there is no dedicated lot, street parking is available in the surrounding neighborhood. We recommend public transit or walking if you're local!
